Off the Mat into the World

Yoga Outreach Columbus is proud to send part of our proceeds to Off the Mat once again. This year Off the Mat NYC launched the Yoga Freedom Project whose mission is to unite the yoga community around the issue of sex trafficking. Throughout the year, OTM will also be implementing a simultaneous campaign to explore the issue of sex trafficking in the United States as part of our Empowered Youth Initiative. The funds raised last year were earmarked for Haiti. Above is the thank you note from OTM. In additon to the $1100 donation from tickets sales, another $600 was raised through the sales wristbands from the of the Global Writstband Project.

OTM volunteers leave this week, February 5th to personally help Hatians. We are so happy to have helped make this possible. Help us make a difference for those in need. Thank you.
