Yoga Teachers are Prepared!

The seven Yoga Outreach Columbus recently met to plan the class they will co-teach on April 28. Have you taken a yoga class with one of them before? Are some of them new to you? Join us as we gather for one yoga class. We'll feel good as we move and breathe together.     It must be so fun being a yoga teacher. I just started doing yoga with a few girlfriends and we are having a blast. We are even thinking about taking a yogascape. Our instructor told us its the best thing we could do for ourselves. I can't wait to be doing yoga in Nicaragua with my friends! Thanks for sharing.
