Dontating our proceeds

If you were here In April, your presence has benefited Mid-Ohio Foodbank, People in Need Of Delaware County, and Off The Mat into The World and allowed these important groups continue their valuable work of helping. What a great way for us to live to respond to each other as brothers and sisters. It may sound very idealistic, but here is one practical application for us to live our yogic values!

Loretta Zedella presents a check for $1000 to Kevin Crowley director of  People in Need Of Delaware County.

Zedella stated, "It is my honor as founder of Yoga Outreach Columbus to distribute the proceeds from our gathering. Thank you to everyone who made Yoga Outreach Columbus 2013 so great and profitable while we celebrated our community in a yoga practice."
 

Kevin  Crowley reminds us that, "Our gift is valuable as 83% of the people accessing People in Need Of Delaware County are employed or have a stable source of income but are unable to make ends meet. We are assisting families and individuals of Delaware County in a collaborative effort by providing personal emergency assistance with dignity and respect in their time of need."
