If you were at Yoga Outreach Columbus last year, you're in the February issue of Natural Awakenings of Central Ohio. Woo-hoo! There is also a full page ad spreading the news of Yoga Outreach Columbus on the inside cover. One of our teachers, Reden Yoga - Elizabeth Miller has authored an article in here entitled, Finding the Right Yoga Teacher" Thanks to Natural Awakenings for offering good news about healthy living.
